Yuzu and Karin was attack by hollow during their mother's anniversary in the cemetery. Ichigo hhas transform into Shinigami form to fight the Hollow. Apparently, the hollow was the same hollow who killed Ichigo mother near the river. Therefore, Ichigo, Rukia and Saidou Eikichiru together fighting against the hollow to save Karin from the hollow and avenged his mother's death.
